This is a new set of Big Bore 87mm Type 1 pistons and cylinders. This kit requires no machine work and will slide right in to any 1500cc or 1600cc air cooled VW engine making it a 1641cc.
These will also fit any 1300cc engine as long as the stock 1300cc heads have been machined out to accept the new barrel size. (No case machining required)
Stroke: 69mm
Cylinders: Cast Iron.
Pistons: Hypereutectic aluminum alloy
Kit included: 4 Cylinders, 4 Pistons, A set Piston Rings, and 4 wrist pins and clips.
