With every service it is necessary to oil strainer to clean or replace. Many Type 1 and Type 3 engines have no drain plug through which the oil must be drained by unscrewing the plate, which without making a mess is almost impossible.
Note: It is common for the wrong kit to be ordered, first check what type of engine you have with possibly the year of construction (of the engine) before you ordered, and save time and the effort of having send it back.
