This is a high quality very difficult to find caliper that's been rebuilt, usually replacing one that has a seized piston.
Brake Pads must be purchased separately.
We know sometimes money is tight, but we recommend changing calipers in pairs to ensure equal braking behaviour on both sides of the car so it doesn't pull to one side during braking.
