This is located under the access plate under the rear seat.
It connects the shift rod to the hockey stick on the transmission.
These often become sloppy and result in missed shifts.
Please note this is an economy option, and priced accordingly as we have found the sleeve and cage of average quality, the rubber insulators are really nice (Made in Germany) and can be changed over if that is all thats failed/worn on your old shifter coupler.
