For manual transmissions and all conversions to 12 Volt. There is nothing like the cranking power of new starter motor.

Comes with new starter bush also and there is no warranty if this bush has not been replaced. 

If you have a Beetle or Kombi that has been converted to 12 volt, please check before ordering that you are replacing a 12 volt starter motor as this will not work if you are replacing a 6 Volt starter motor that has been running on 12 volts. 

If you are converting to 12 volt system this starter is ideal, but will only work with the larger "12 volt flywheel" that has 130 teeth. 

We can supply the correct conversion starter bush also if you are doing this conversion. 

(Will not Fit Automatics and 1978 and on 2 Ltr Kombi's and Vanagon/T25)
