Brake Master Cylinder 17mm bore

For VW Beetles 1954 to 1959 that are using the smaller original wheel cylinders, these can be identified easily as they are bolted on with two small M6 Bolts (10mm head)

If you use the later brake master cylinder (supplied by others "to fit all early beetles”) you will have a very hard inefficient brake pedal.
