For the reduction hubs on VW Kombi’s you will require 3 per side for up to 1963 Kombi’s (36mm hub nut), and 2 required per side 1964 to 1967 Kombi’s (46mm Hub Nut) , fits left and right, sold each
 
Also the Inner Bearing for the 1955 to 1967 Kombi Gear Reduction Box. Inner, three per side 1955 to 1963, two per side 1964 to 1967.
 
This is a single bearing at the outboard end of the axle tube that keeps the drum from wallowing around.
 
This does not need to be greases, it gets it's lubrication from the trans axle.
