This cable is the best solution for all VW's, comes with both early and late ends and all you need to do is cut the end off you do not want, thread it through cut the cable to the correct length and fit the supplied end.
 
These are the best option for any one that is unsure what cable they have or there VW has been modified over the years and the stock cable may not work, eg Twin carbs fitted later engine fitted or a different carburettor has been fitted.
 
These are the best choice for Beach buggies and kit cars where the body length has been shorted and the correct length is unknown.
 
The Cable is 4.5 meters long, this is much longer than any Kombi would need, and well long enough for any VW Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Type 3
