Be aware these nuts require 300 ft/lb of torque.
 
36mm socket is required.

Fits:

All years VW Beetle, Ghia, Type 3, and fits Kombi  1950 to 1963

We recommend that you file the edges on there nuts to remove the swarf, and take the sharp edges of the nuts.
