3" Narrowed adjustable suspension beam for Right hand Drive Beetles, up to 1967.

These beams come with the torsion leaves pre installed and set up ready for the torsion arms to be fitted, note the leaves are on exchange basis, and we will require your leaves before we send the beam out.

These are not EMPI beams.

This is the beam you need if you are fitting alloy wheels, disc brakes, the 2" beams simply are not enough especially if you want to lower your VW and still run a nice tyre that will have a decent contact patch and meet LVV requirements.

We have tried the EMPI made beam and had to many issues, hence why we build our own, EMPI beams have a poor finish, are LHD only, and are not straight, the adjuster are poor quality and are only built to a price, not to what your VW deserves.
 
This TMN beam is the solution to front tire clearance issues when using disc brake conversion, dropped spindles, negative wheel offset, or wider wheels and tires e.g. alloy wheels.

Beams are made from seamless tube that comes from Germany, and we have the plates made locally, then we weld them up in our workshop in a jig for the best fitment.

We specially import a special bearing material for the torsion arms and individually make the bushes for each beam, allowing for a long lasting durable smooth ride.

Beams come powder coated in a durable gloss finish and have two adjusters fitted.

As all beams are made in house, we can also offer a custom colour option, please let us know if you require a different colour.

Note: These beams are on the limit of how narrow you can go with the shock towers, so in some cases you may have to tap the body work a little to allow fitment, this has to be done due to most cars have some sort of frontal damage during there life, and the side panel tends to bellow out because of the impact.
