Waiheke Island Charge
For all deliveries to Waiheke Island, will will hold the order until a courier surcharge has been paid, we will invoice this separately, this is not a preferable for us to do but the courier company charges us $37.19 on top of the courier cost and we are just passing the charge on, if you are not happy with this please provide a Auckland address.

All our products are able to be couriered.
When do we send the parts?
All items are shipped from The Metric Nut Ltd, 106 Orbell Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, unless unavailable and maybe shipped from our supplier, once payment has been cleared, usually this is instant if your order has been paid by credit card.
Shipping Times
Most orders received by us before 3.30pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.
If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE: Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. There could also be delays on orders leaving our dispatch warehouse during increase of orders during sale periods and shortly after the sale ends please allow extra time for orders to leave us, we will as always endeavour to get all orders out as quickly as possible.

To anywhere in New Zealand, and Australia. We will also ship World Wide if you contact us about your requirements.

How to track an order that's been sent?
You should receive a confirmation and delivery notice e-mail after your order is received, these can also end up in your Junk or Spam folder, so check there first if you have not received an e-mail
In-store pick up option?
Customers can pick up orders at The Metric Nut Ltd, 106 Orbell Street, Christchurch, New Zealand from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Ph: 022 361 5270 feel free to come in and have a chat, look around and ask questions.
Recycling of packing materials?
We encourage our customers to recycle as much of the shipping material as possible. This includes paper, plastic and cardboard packing materials.
Replacement or exchange:
E-mail us the replacement or exchange request within 3 days of item received.
What can be returned?
All items can be returned if they have not been opened or fitted except, electrical items, these can not be refunded, all refunds are excluding courier costs both ways.
When do items need to be returned by?
You must request authorisation for return by email within 3 days of item received. No items can be returned after 14 days.

How do customers return items?
Returns need to be in original packaging. Customers should have a return authorization e-mail copy sent wit the item.

Original unopened packaging is a must.
